Dry duckweed that has been powered to microscopic particles. This product is ideal for mixing with any food like your bread, pasta and noodles adding more nutritions and natural fibres. Providing the food with a healthy green color, natural antioxidants and fibers. The duckweed powder can be used to make both savory and sweet food products and drinks.
